Refund policy

Purchases made through this website are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Orders for the printed book may be cancelled in accordance with the periods and conditions prescribed by law. If a cancellation is not due to a defect, non-conformity or failure to deliver on time, a cancellation fee may apply as permitted by law.

The digital book is delivered immediately after purchase. Once the file has been delivered or access to download it has been provided, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued, except where otherwise required by law.
